The Empress

You might be wondering why the name Unexpected Empress and the truth is because I never thought I would be here. I never viewed myself as an intuitive, a healer, and definitely not an Empress. Yet, one day I woke up and I was.
My journey to my calling was unexpected to say the least. I was not striving for enlightment, meditating, or really doing anything to nurture my spirit until one day that changed everything. Leading up to that day, I could feel changes happening, I sensed that my conversations with people were getting deeper and it seemed I really could help people identify patterns in their life. I always felt different, I have always been extremely empathetic, almost to a fault, and I've always been able to see why people behave the way they do. Unfortunately, like many empaths I spent much of my life people-pleasing and not worried about my own passions, my purpose, and my soul calling. Until that day. I mark that day as the day I awakened, became new, became me.
That day was just a normal day, I went for a walk in the woods like I always do but this time I said what I wanted out loud and asked for what I wanted without feeling guilty. Releasing the guilt somehow opened me up and that night I experienced a very profound spiritual awakening. I dreamt of the serpent, Kundalini energy, traveling up my spine and unlocking my pineal gland. After that, I was able to understand relationship patterns from a universal perspective and I began channeling messages from my Spirit Guides. Over night, my life completely changed.
I started to be used as a vessel to help and heal others, and was guided to astrology as a means to not only understand people's pattern of behavior but to give others a scientific prospective on who they are and what challenges they may be facing. I like to say that I am self-taught and God led because it truly is obvious that God/Universe/Source guides me to where I need to be and who I need to meet with. When I meet with people I do not just see this lifetime, but many other lifetimes.
My awakening taught me that it is our individual mission to love, honor, and work on ourselves. It is not selfish to put our wants and needs first, in fact that is how we serve! I believe that if we all felt empowered to be our true, authentic selves we would change the world. We cannot serve from place of lack, only from our overflow.
Astrology gives us a blueprint of the fundamentals of who we are. Each planet, each house tells a different story, a different lesson, a different experience that you are supposed to have in this lifetime. Astrology can also give us a clear guide into our relationships whether with a partner, friend, or family member.
Astrology gives us permission to be ourselves, because it truly was "written in the stars".
