April Astro Updates-How are you purging the old to make room for the new?!

We are currently in the middle of major astrological changes. Whether you know it or not, you are being affected. I lovingly refer to this as purge season. Energy is high and you can feel this in your entire body. You may feel tired, achy, have digestive issues, headaches, or even a little irritable. My empaths need to take particular care during this time. Rest, drink LOTS of water, avoid alcohol or other numbing substances. Ground yourself in nature, with solid friends, and healthy food. (Don’t forget this affects kids too!) Be patient with yourself and others during this time, we are all feeling a little extra right now.

Venus is currently retrograding until April 12th, which is calling on you to reflect on your relationships, what you find beautiful, what you find truly pleasurable, and your own internal emotions. This is often a time of relationships ending, getting closure or clarity on past relationships, and redefining your own sense of self. We are all connected, but we are all unique. If you are still choosing partners based off trauma, obligation, or societal pressures that will be made clear now. Sometimes God gives you family, friends, or lovers to teach you-they are an assignment, not your soul tribe. It is up to you to break the narrative and live for you! Let go of the fear and step into your true passions. You have always been worthy, no matter your past, and it’s time to act like it!

We also have Mercury retrograding until April 7th, this is slowing down the overthinking, but it’s also a great time to clear up any addictions! Whether it’s addiction to a substance, a co-dependent relationship, or an unhealthy habit/way of thinking, now is the time to let it go! If you think it’ll be hard, it will; if you think it’ll be easy-it will. Mercury represents the mind and communication, and when it retrogrades it helps you get clear on your true thoughts and your communication style.  We are more than our minds, and now is the time to quiet the storm and be still. Trust your intuition, it will always steer you in the right direction. As you clean up your internal narrative, release the doubt/fear, your external world will eventually reflect back to you your new story. But can you hold the vision long enough?

Neptune just shifted into Aries on March 30th, the day after the Solar Eclipse in the same sign. This was a kick in the butt to start paving YOUR path. Aries is the first fire sign and the start of a new astrological year, and it embodies the energy of “jump in and get it”, when not controlled it can be explosive, but when channeled into aligned action it creates magic! What have you been dreaming of going after or changing in your life? The seeds you plant now will flourish before the fall equinox, partial solar eclipse in September. Own your spirit, own who you are. God made you and He doesn’t make mistakes. God wants you to change, evolve, grow and transform and right now we are getting a very big shove in the right direction. Trust yourself. Where do you have Aries in your birth chart? That area is the area that will most impacted.

What behavior, habit, relationship, way of thinking no longer serves the person you are becoming? It’s time to let it all go. Trust that it was meant to happen. Things/people we used as crutches of safety before are no longer crutches, they are chains.  Break those chains, and trust the process of your becoming. Don’t let the love and light spiritual gurus confuse you-sometimes life is messy. Sometimes the things we have gripped so tightly are actual the very thing we are meant to break free from.

You are meant to live your DREAM life, not one written by other people. If anyone tries to disconnect you from your intuition, your connection to God, they are jezebel spirits put in your life to keep you stuck. Are you going to let them win or are you going to take back control of YOUR life?! Lack does not actually exist when you are aligned with your truest self. If God is calling you to something or someone, trust He will make it happen. You don't need the resources, you need faith in yourself, in Him, in the journey. The money will come, the people will come, but only AFTER you take action.

Everything in the news is designed to keep you in fear, keep you doubting yourself, and questioning others. Only YOU know the visions you have, the dreams you have yet to take action towards, and the love/community you crave. Don’t let anyone write the story of your life.

For every chain you do not break in this life, you put that burden on your children, or you will come back and have to do it all again in the next life. I don’t know about you, but I don’t want nor need to repeat the lessons of my past. I have learned, grown, and fell deeply in love with myself in the process. And I absolutely will not pass anything down to my children that I was meant to break.

I am far from perfect, but God knows my heart and soul, and He has shown me time and time again who I am to Him. I won’t let anyone else’s projections, fears, or manipulations guide me against what I know is true for me. I pray you won’t either.
